We have recently updated our cancellation policy to provide a more similar policy for our guests and staff. There are no longer charges for 30 and 15 days prior to arrival cancellations. Instead guests will receive a full refund of any payments made to Whyalla Caravan & Tourist Park unless they cancel within the 7 day window prior to arrival in which they will be charged 100% of the stay cost which hasn't changed from our previous policy.
